DATES: Nov 21 - Dec 25, 2011

COST: Items are $1L each for hunters. Merchant gets money.

CAP: 250 stores - By Invitation or careful selection

WALKTHRU: at the sign 11/16

MANDATORY: mens & womens or unisex gifts. (We will be sending gift checkers out to make sure all stores have gifts for everyone. We will skip those stores in non-compliance)

MANDATORY: return hint card with location of hint giver or some sort of hint

RULES & REGULATIONS

==============================
GENDERS: We have always requested male & female or unisex gifts. It is now mandatory. Our sympathy lies with those few stores who really cant cater to both genders but leniency was being abused.

HINTS: are mandatory. You will be provided a hint giver. If you will not give a hint, please do not apply.

RESTRICTIONS:

--Absolutely no children's stores regardless of sim rating.

--No breedables.

--No resellers.

--Only quality stores with a good selection will be accepted.

--If you put no effort into the appearance of your store you may not be accepted regardless of quality.

GROUP: You, your representative, or your *often checked* alt will join the hunt group and remain until the end of the hunt.

SIGN: You agree to rezz your sign upon receipt and no later than 2 weeks prior to start of the hunt **within easy sight of the landing.**

WALKTHRU: You must pull a copy of your hunt item onto the sign for a test run. NO GIFT.

--Drop in the provided "Walkthru Script" telling hunters NOT to buy it

--do not make any changes to settings, texture or color

--do not hide the item and tell us where it is. At sign only.

--watch for nc from staff or group notice to see if you need changes.

--remove the walkthru item when cleared and BEFORE the hunt starts

NON COMPLIANCE: You understand that stores in non-compliance 3 days prior to start of hunt will be dropped. We MUST hear from you before then! (Being dropped from the hunt will result in an AHVG suspension if you are a member.)

LANGUAGE: You must read/write fluent English.

WHAT TO EXPECT

--You will not be invited to group until around 2 weeks before start of hunt. Group is "Kastle Rock Gridwide Hunts"

--Hunt items go out about 2 weeks before start of hunt

--Please allow up to a week to receive your welcome pkg via online sender

--Only those accepted are notified

--SLurl as well as LM are necessary. Incomplete apps will be disregarded.

--If your store has a manager or event coordinator, his/her name should be in the name of the nc and listed as contact. All items are full perms so owner can load the gift.
